By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our merchandise capsules, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges for customer ordering errors.

2. Exchanges for Incorrect Shipments Only
   We will only offer exchanges if an incorrect item or size is shipped due to our error. If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the incorrect item.

3. Product Availability
   All items are produced in small batches and are available while supplies last. We cannot guarantee restocks or replacements for sold-out items.

4. Order Processing & Shipping
   Please allow time for order processing, as each release is handled in limited quantities. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and order volume.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content on this site—including designs, logos, and product photography—is the property of Too $hort and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
